        I've been here for over 2 years myself.
        My card was just activated 3 days ago.
        It's been like pergatory ;)

        Don't know specifically what you're talking about, but I get your drift.  Nothing is as simple as it could or should be anymore...I think a lot of the extra B/S is designed to find out more about us than we care to divulge.
