If you are asking who is the most beautiful woman in the world (men are handsome), the answer to that can only be personal opinion.

Based on looks alone, I consider Catherine Zeta Jones to be a beautiful woman but I could not say she is the most beautiful in the world because I do not know all of the women in the world.

Based on looks and inner spirit (inner beauty)  I have to go with Princess Diana even though she is no longer living. I can not compare anyone else to her. 

Beauty is in the eyes of the beholder. Some peole thought Sophia Loren is the most beautiful; some thought Princess Diana was ( I did )  Some thought Grace Kelly was the most beaufiful. Some said Ingrid Bergman was.

Sorry it's all the dead ones ( accept for Loren ) , but they don't make 'em like that anymore.

Likewise, I found that I rather enjoyed link the strange marker link layout, where 3, 6, 9, and 12 are set against the dial edge but the other markers are inset toward the middle of the dial, at the interior endpoint of long printed lines. It's weird, fun, easy link to read, and looks great in low light.
