    I would like to know if the ombudsman and Hello Peter always take this long to my vodacom request of help

    I have a BlackBerry still under warranty, the charger will not charge, I take it in for repairs and they want to charge me R2462.00 to have it repaired - Seriously???!!

      If it is still under warranty then there should be no charge for repairs unless you caused the damage or tried to repair it yourself first. I do not know who Ombudsman and Hello Peter are.
