The website cited below is where I found this information. The pyramids, according to the article, are dated 2560 B.C. The next tall thing, chronologically, is the Genoa Lighthouse, dated 1128, but isn't taller than the Pyramids. Check the website; hopefully it will give you the information you need:

The main objective for me is to develop Minerva more and make it more famous through the focus on a specific and key code. I found this information link only twice while reading perhaps 20 books about Montblanc and Minerva. I am working on it. It link will link be coming next year.
