      A couple of possibilities: 1. It became depressurized, everyone lost consciousness, which could explain why no distress signal was received.. 2. The 2 with Iranian passports that claimed to be seeking asylum, were actually terrorists, carrying bombs which detonated.

        I’m hoping it was taken over by bad guys who knew a little about the plane and could disable the transponder……….
