Well he sort of asked the question on his own as a new question http://www.akaqa.com/question/q19192371646-I-am-having-problems-with-accessing-my-gallery. He left off Galaxy phone in his posted question however. Knowing that I can actually research the question.

Watches are very much linked to link the plot. The timepieces in this show symbolize the lives of the characters both in and link outside of work – one watch for each. The show colloquially refers to these two lives as "innie" and "outtie," and so we'll link continue with that nomenclature here.
