You can not send a picture from an Ipad directly to the web. You can e-mail the picture to yourself using the Ipad, then download the picture to a computer, then upload it to the web. Sorry Mel. Ipads are androids and operate differently than a computer.

No, this is an older format. Maybe they will be able to get this site on a more modern format soon.
