      Click here > https://www.brother-usa.com/askus/#.UxzK3PmwLz0 on the right side of the page, click live chat. Type in the required information for the chat. You can then speak to a technician who should be able to help you with your printer.  


      Before you do all that, make sure your printer is still plugged into the wall outlet and connected to your computer.
