      Are you signed up with a phone service provider? Did you pay to have internet on your phone? If yes, contact your phone service provider for help with connection issues. If you are trying to connect to free wifi, make sure the wifi in your phone is turned on. If the wifi requires a password, make sure you enter the password correctly.
