like to open an RAR doc

Well, I just click your link and a download began. Do the same. Let it download, then right click on it and select open. I did not open it because I do not know if it contains a virus. You should still have the URL address you put here. Use that one as I disabled the one above to keep members safe in case that file is corrupt or contains a virus.
