mercury marquis 2005 heater wont shut off
My Mercury Marquis has an EATC. No matter what temperature I choose, only heat comes out. Yesterday I could hear a clunking sound as if a door were opening and closing but the air conditioning was working fine. This morning the temperature was changed from 70 to 77. After that, the temperature stayed hot, no matter what.
