You get that message because the phone number is a decoy.  If you were able to get it and call, don't you think the other bazillion girls who love him are going to do the same thing? 
What on earth would YOU say to him that would make him think you were more special and worth his valuable time than anybody else?  
Not trying to be mean; spend your time on "real" people; there are a lot of nice people who actually use real phone numbers.

REALLY!! How disappointing.Can you leave a message so Justin can ring you back? I'm sure it's an oversight.I bet Justin talks to kids all day long on his phone.What else would he have to do?

Having said that, when we decided on the name, it was important because we wanted people to understand that whatever had happened link in watchmaking link is connected to this arc of the past. If there isn't this excavation and understanding of link the historical tomes of watchmaking, everything that's happening in watchmaking today would seem as if it existed in itself, but that's not how the industry – and this art form – has developed.
