If you mean the notification, the only way to stop it is to purchase a product key from Microsoft. What you have is an operating system not licensed by Microsoft. In other words, you have a bootleg copy of the operating system.  Microsoft will make it a valid operating system by selling you a key for the cost of their Win7 operating system. 

Co-branded watches can easily be a bit too heavy-handed, with logos and branding plastered all over an otherwise nice watch.
