There a few possible reasons:
1. The use name or password that you are typing is wrong.
2. Someone else had access to your account, go in and changed your password.
Either way, you can contact hotmail support, just look for them on the page where you try to type your username and password. You may also click on the "can't access to my account" link, where you'll be asked to give a diffrent mail adress where you have access to.
