You might need to completely reset it here is how you reset it
1. Hold power button and home button for 10 seconds and let go of home button
2. keep holding the power button for 5 seconds
3. let go of the bower button then wait a minute and turn it back on
you will have to re-download everything but it wont affect what you have bought :)
