OK, so I'm single and I have a date; now I need a place to MEET for the date.
1. Met one person at a popular park and took a walk on a well-traveled path.
2. Have met other people at a popular coffee shop.
3. Have met even other people at the bowling alley, because that's what we decided to do on our date.  

Now, if you are talking about being single and wanting to meet somebody so you can GO on a date at a later time.....I'm listening.  However, my metal-smith teacher....

JUST THOUGHT OF ANOTHER FUN FIRST DATE:  SPORTING EVENT. WE HAVE A TRIPLE A BASEBALL TEAM HERE AND ONE OF MY FAVORITE DATE PLACES.

some place nuetral, like a restuarant. You drive yourself there, and he drives himself there .So, after having coffee ,or lunch or whatever,If you don't get a good feeling about him....... you can leave with out giving him your address.

A single woman should never let a strange man pick her up at her house or apt, b/c then she's at his mercy. She might end up dead in his trunk,or out in a shallow grave in the woods.
