      It means you have an itchy left foot. Have a podiatrist or a dermatologist take a look at it if it continues to bother you.

        It could be a lot of things.......a fungus, like athelete's foot, an allergy, insect bites. psoraisis, dermatitis, etc.  Best bet is to see a doctor.
