    How can i make a mp4 file supported to play on my tv set top box

    I downloaded various files to my computer but when i tried playing them via a USB to my TV through a dvtb set top box, some played but others didnt and indicated file unsupported. how do i make the file supported

      Burn them to a cd or dvd
