What do you think it is? Do you have a disabled child? What sort of education do you think would be appropriate for him/her? I think most schools today cater to the needs of the disabled. Do you feel something is lacking?

My concern is that one student screams all day...how is that appropriate for the other students?
Have you spoken to anyone about this? Seems to me, this issue is one that should be addressed by the school principle or school board if the principle does nothing. If the child screaming daily disrupts that learning effectiveness of the other students, then there is a problem and it needs to be looked into.
