    I have a living age p3500 air purifier I just replaced the pco cell now when I turn it on it powers off and on

      I hope it's new. This is the trouble with buying products online. It's difficult to find support for the product. It appears that this product is sold mainly through Amazon.com. I can not find any webpage that offers tech support for this product. You will have to contact whomever you purchased it from and see if they can get support for you.
