Read the instructions that came in the envelope you took your card from. Or call the phone number on the back of the card. I called Fred's HQ to make sure they provide instructions and the woman I spoke to told me everything that comes in the envelope. There is no reason why so many of their customers end up here asking how to activate the card. The instructions that come with the card are more clear and precise than we will make them.
