    I can't make the first letter in email address lower case

    Hi, I keep trying to ad an email address to my paypal account.  I am able to do this no problem however wanting all the letters to be lower case.  When I save it, it is but then when I go to where it has been added the first letter is upper case.  I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong?  Are you able to help me?

        I have the same sort of problem. One letter has to be made in a capital or it is completely wrong. I think my computer will have to go to the shop. I can't fix it.
