Can a foreclosure be overturned? My house was literally stolen. The house was foreclosed on now the county wants to return to me my quit claim and warranty deed? What is this about? I don't get it.

If the bank has already foreclosed on my property why would the county want to return my quit claim deed and warranty deed?  Is there a possiability the foreclosure wasn't legal?  According to what I was told a long time ago they have no proof that a loan ever existed on my property.

    Contact a lawyer.

You know if you defaulted on the loan or not. The county could just be making a mistake.
