Chet fell out of a window in Germany once ever drunk or druged He was Great,as trumpeter an singer, The Pic,has been taken down twice,not aproved of by someone,???????????????????

I can't imagine a reason why a photograph would be removed! I hope someone will explain this. Maybe it's a joke? What? I have no idea what's being referred to.
