My hair is so fine. It's almost like baby hair. Is there anything that would make it thicker?

Pin curls will make it look fuller. Do as my mother did and spit on your fingers, grab a small amount of hair, curl it around your index finger and bobby pin it closet to your scalp. Let it dry and fluff up……….

I remember those good old pin curl days.They were a lot easier than sleeping on brush rollers that came along later. My mother said we have to suffer to be beautiful :-\

I just remembered. A friend of mine was in a wedding. Her hair is thin. Her beautician back combed it for aouut twenty minutes. She looked great -- kinda like Amy Winehouse when she was alive.

No, it is an old thing, when I was a kid, you would say that about a bald guy, "do you use Turtle Wax, for that hard-shell finish". Also, kids over the years would try saying that to me, (as a teacher being only 30, and going quite bald).

After shampooing...try mixing egg whites with your favorite conditioner...leave in according to conditioner's instructions. One egg white should do per wash...Results should be noticed VERY soon since whites have lots of protein...(rinse with luke warm to cool water)...GOOD LUCK!

itsmee: No need to make whip cream, but DO stir well...that will help coat all of your hair more evenly. TIP: Works well as a facial,or for rough elbows,hands, etc...

My hair is fine too. But I have lots of hair . It amazes hairdressers. I think having it styled with hair dryers and then lightly curled helps. I do not know a cure.

mcmom...those may work well...however...also takes a long time to do the job. The egg white & conditioner blend, (About 50/50), is instant...use less conditioner for thicker hair...adjust blend over time as you find how it works for you...

My son has thin hair like mine and his is falling out. He's in Australia and COULD get Vegemite. I'm in the U.S. and cannot get Vegemite. Before I pass this information to him, I'll need to know if Vegemite really works if consumed.

Itsmee, obviously all things work differently on individuals, but for me whose brothers, uncles and father were/ are are all bald, i have Vegemite quite thick spread, it is a required taste. i have had it since babyhood, not only do i have all my hair, it still has natural colour, not bad for 64, every body laughs when i mention Vegemite is the reason, i don't care, i swear by it.

I just never have salt When I come across it, I LOVE it. My blood pressure is good so that's not a problem...at one time I worried about it and stopped salt. I could take Vegemite.

Both Vegemite and Marmite ( much better) are yeast extracts. You should be able to buy a yeast extract without salt.
