    Like you stated in your question, Robert Fitzgerald was a translator of classic Greek classics. He was an Eglish professor at Harvard and Cambridge and also a poet. He published 4 books of poems. He translated 6 greek plays: 2 by Homer, 2 by Sophocles, and 1 by Euripides and Virgil each.
