      A love affair with your spouse is OK.  A love affair with someone else's spouse is not OK. A love affair with someone who is not your spouse (if you are married) is not OK.

        If you are married, it is generally thought to be a sin to cheat on your spouse.

          And even if you're single, it's a sin to have a love affair with someone who's married; b/c it ultimately hurts the kids and the spouse.

              A sin would be established between you and your deity, with you experiencing the outcome. But a moral issue would be something you have to deal with several others about. Hope you make the right choice.

                    Getting married is a sin? I thought that getting married stopped love affairs being sinful.
