If you have an online account with your phone service provider, you may have signed up for paperless billing by mistake. You have to call your phone service provider and ask them to mail you a bill. Why did it take you 3 months to let them know you were not receiving a bill? I would suggest that your phone is not working because you have not paid the bill in 3 months. You will need to borrow a phone to call your service provider or see if there is a local store where you can pay you bill.

Most service providers are pretty understanding of this sort of thing.Phone them & ask for future bills to be hard copy thru the mail.They will charge you a couple of extra dollars for this service but it's worth it.
An oversight on my part. I did not receive a bill online.... or I don't know how to retrieve it. Does it come with my email????? rmorin@telus.net

We are not your phone service provider. This is akaQA a worldwide general question and answer forum. You have to contact your phone service provider. See my above answer for suggestions. 1 month is an oversight. 3 months, you were hoping they just forgot about sending you bill ;)
