Programing language is only set of instructions for computer. There are many computer languages available , Low Level Language and High Level Language.
Low Level Language level direct communicate with computer hardware you can call it binary Language other one is High Level, that is human readable language, this language is first translated (compiled / Interpreted) into binary language that is again machine readable.
