      WATER! Lots of water to thin out secretions, eat ginger and lemons for vitamin C and relief. REST, plenty of rest. ATTITUDE, stay positive…….

        Fluid of any sort are a help. Don’t drink milk as it will thicken your snot………..

        Yep, mucus forming. This is why you shouldn’t give babies milk (among other reasons……..)
