      Scroll to the bottom of page. Click on "Browse Users" Follow instructions and/or enter your username.(for this site). You will see your picture/icon and look for option to choose a different one.

        Even simpler, they can just click "edit my profile" under their name on this page and then click "profile picture" on the page "edit my profile" takes them to.
