There are 2 kinds of FOB contract, it is either destination or shipping point. FOB destination is a contract based on agreed place by the contracting parties while FOB shipping point is a contract basically starts at the shipment place. CIF contract is an agreement by the parties wherein the seller shoulder the cost, insurance and freight of a certain shipped goods.
