      He should be fortunate enough to have some people around him, who are willing to tell him the truth. He is an addict and he cannot "cure" himself. So far, he has pledged to quit his (many) addictions but has already failed and been found in a drunken rant...again. His own brother, is his biggest enabler!

        I am a complete outsider and my answer is of little value. I think simply not to re-elect  him unless he can and does make an example of himself seeking help and admitting there is a problem…..
