There is no way to contact Facebook unless your Facebook page is a business that you pay advertising fees for. There are no appeals for free accounts. Once FB disables an account it is permanent.

If you forgot your password, on the login page, see "forgot password?" Click the link. A password reset will be sent to the e-mail address you used when you signed up for an account.
This forum is called akaQA. We are not Facebook. We can not enable accounts that Facebook disabled. Create a new account and the follow the rules of Facebook so they do not close the new one on you.
