    who should claim child if they live with us

    my daughter and her son live in our house who should claim the child their taxes

      The primary care giver to the child. If you are spending all the money to support the child, then your daughter should let you claim the child. This of course is just my opinion. The law has no set standard for this. It's an agreement made between the people filing taxes.
