You probably have too much stuff downloaded to your cellphone. The more stuff you have on the phone, the longer downloads will take. Nothing you can do except to free up some space on the phone by deleting stuff you no longer need or use. Cellphones do not have unlimited memory or storage. Stop downloading everything under the sun.
