      I would suggest you go see your doctor before you self diagnose...i talk from experience,i once thought i pulled a muscle in my back,pain got worse and could not walk far,,seen a doctor,next thing i know i am looking at spinal surgery.So maybe you should see a doctor first...>>>>>>>><<<<<<<<

        There can be a number of reasons why you have back pain. You did not describe any symptoms other than pain. We can't even guess how to help you. Don't trust strangers and don't be so vague......
