    maybe there's an 800 number on the box it came in. You can call them and ask.

      This depends on where it is leaking. If it's a seal, you can purchase new seals. If it's the flange, you can replace the flange. If the porcelain is cracked, see here > http://www.ehow.com/how_6073985_repair-crack-toilet-tank.html
