        You’ll probably lose some weight as carbs are an energy source needed for fuel. Little amounts of carbs in your blood forces your body to burn fat instead. (Ref: The Atkin’s Diet)

          Well you would loose weight, but be careful not to over do it, you need carbohydrates for energy.

            if you take less carbohydrates you can face some troubles as you feel less energy, possible kidney issues, digestive problem

                I had a salad for lunch. Mixed leaf lettuce with raw cauliflower and olive oil for my dressing. The olives were spoiled so I had to toss them. LOL...Toss
