Only if your English is good. When people come to Canada and refuse to learn the language, they are not well accepted. I think you may find that to be true in any country, however.

I get annoyed with foreigners who won't learn the language within a reasonable time and then, when they get ignored, say that Canadians are prejudiced! :(
Yes Julie I know.But that is at least a recognised second language whereas Hindi is not our second language.
