    Your car will over heat and crack the block and warp the cylinder heads.

      The old rule of changing the coolant every two years or 30,000 miles is still valid for "conventional" green and yellow coolants.

        After a short driving session 10-15 minutes the heating may effect the engine but the water body definitely gets damaged
