You will have to search around for a collectibles phone book dealer. Something like this > http://oldtelephonebooks.com/state/Virginia (I already checked them, they do not have the book, assuming you meant Norfolk, Virginia).
There are not many phone book collectors so expect to pay a decent amount of money for the phone book you want if you can find it.
