      Sorry, we are akaQA, a general question and answer forum. We are not support for Windows live e-mail. The only thing we can do is direct you to their support page. I do not believe there is a way of getting live support. Help pages > http://windows.microsoft.com/en-us/windows-live/microsoft-account-help#microsoft-account=tab2
