    why won't N power let me access my account?

    I have tried every password i Have ever used - even one consistinh of numbers they have given me. They are aware that I am changing my supplier at the end of January

      I'm assuming you already tried clicking on "forgot password"? The password you said they gave you is a temporary password. Did you copy/paste it into the password box to make sure the password was exact to what they gave you?
