    3. i just replaced my roku 3 today..it came up with error code 011,so i followed instructions on this site to reset it.it reset within 5 secs,the screen came up which language,but now the remote does nothing and the light on front of roku stays on and very bright..i then unplugged it for 10 min still the same..what do i do
