buy a bottle of those vitamins called skin, hair, and nails. I think it has a lot of B vitamins in it.  One lady told me that her elderly mother had a bad case of thinning hair till she started taking this.......then her hair came back.

if you want those natural remedies i highly recommand this site : how to get thicker hair because i exprienced some of tips wrotten right there and its just like a surprise well, see yourself ;)
