      Search around on the menu bar of your e-mail program when you are viewing an open e-mail. There should be an arrow pointing right or an actual "forward" button. I do not know which e-mail provider you use so I can not tell you exactly where it is or if you have an arrow or the word "forward". Once you find it, click it then fill in the e-mail address of the person you want to forward the e-mail to. Then send it.
