    i have forgotten my screen lock pattern and when i try to reset my phone its just not working.what can i do?

      The only thing you can do is to reset the phone back to factory condition. You will lose everything you have downloaded or stored on the phone if you do this however. You might want to keep trying to remember the lock pattern.
