Do you have the USB cord that came with your nokia? If you do, tether the phone to your laptop using the usb cord. You should see a window pop open to initiate the transfer of the pictures.
Does your computer accept SD cards? Look for an SD card slot. If you have one, take the SD card from the camera and put it in the SD card slot on the computer. You should see a window pop open to initiate the transfer of the pictures.
