    I subscribed for a once only payment of £8.95 back in October 2013.( A special offer)

    I subscribed and agreed to pay a once only payment of £8.95 back in October, and payment was made on the 25th November. A further two payments of £8.95 have now been demanded, the first  £8.95 for the 20th November and a further £8.95 for 18th December, a total of £17.90. Please cancel immediately and reimburse outstanding £17.90. My Bank are now demanding payment.

      This is akaQA,  a general question and answer forum. We are not taking payments from your bank account. Have the bank look for a contact number associated with the withdrawals from your account or contact the company by finding their webpage on the internet.
